A third cottage is there for recreation and games. Each cottage is fully equipped with kitchen/living areas and a 3/4 bath. Private parking for four vehicles on the mainland, as well as mainland dock. One rowboat is available to access this non-bridged island property. Life jackets are not provided. **$75.00 cleaning fee is for island inspection**
