There are seven bedrooms, all upstairs. Two bedrooms have twin beds, one bedroom has a queen bed, three bedrooms have full beds, and the 7th bedroom has two twins. The home is surrounded by 15 private acres of land. The sandy beach is within 100 yards of the front porch. This classic on Squam Lake is across the bay from the filming site of "On Golden Pond". Furnishings fit the décor of an antique lake lodge.
